Pilsner aged in Sauvignon Blanc barrels with 3 different strains of Brettanomyces and fresh Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Refreshingly balanced with notes of tart lemon and a slight earthiness from the Brett. There is no Lactobacillus or Pediococcus in this beer. The tart acidity comes from the wine grapes.
