From Santa Barbara's maritime Sta. Rita Hills, this rare and limited Chardonnay captures cool-climate precision in the glass. Fermented in stainless steel alongside French oak foudres and demi-muids, the 2023 displays vibrant ripe stone fruit, white flowers, and baking spices with lush, velvety textures that remain harmonious and complete. Lemon curd, star fruit, fresh peach, and wet stone on the nose give way to satsuma mandarin and hazelnut notes. Every Sea Smoke release is highly limited.
