Señorío de Sarría’s 1981 Gran Reserva is a mature red from Navarra, made primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Aged extensively in oak and bottle before release, it offers a window into classic Spanish winemaking outside Rioja.

Now fully evolved, it shows dried plum, spice, leather, and cedar with soft tannins and graceful acidity. A rare, well-preserved example of long-aged Navarra.
