"Here's another terrific value from the far north of Italy. The St. Michael-Eppan 2021 Alto Adige Pinot Bianco Schulthauser is lean and crisp. It shows razor sharp aromas of lemon-lime, green apple, white peach, sage and crushed stone. Pinot Bianco tends to offer neutral aromas, but it does manage a greater sense of density and richness on the palate that comes from the natural concentration and structure of this beautiful grape. Aging takes place mostly in stainless steel, with 20% in large oak casks." -Robert Parker
