Travaglini’s Il Sogno is a rare passito-style Nebbiolo from Gattinara, born from Giancarlo Travaglini’s vision. Grapes are dried for 100 days to intensify structure and depth, then slowly fermented to retain balance and freshness.

The 2019 spent over three years in large Slavonian oak, followed by bottle aging. Rich yet precise, it stands apart in the lineup as Travaglini’s most ambitious and unconventional expression of Alto Piemonte.
