"The 2019 Rosรฉ Hirsch Vineyard is a fabulous, wonderfully complex, dynamic wine. I donโ€™t know how it will age, but most bottles will be long gone before that is an issue. The Hirsch Rosรฉ, done as a light saignรฉe, hails from Raschen Ridge, one of the best sections of the vineyard and also the source of some of the very best fruit on the entire ranch. Wild, dynamic and super-expressive, the 2019 is so beguiling. The aromatics alone are wild. Those qualities follow through to the palate. Game, dried herbs and a whole range of savory notes emerge with air. There is so much going on here." -Antonio Galloni
