Yellow Spot is a single pot still whiskey aged in three types of casks, American bourbon casks, Spanish Sherry butts and Spanish Malaga casks. The nose shows beautifully ripe peach and apricot notes, with hints of dried fruit and Bourbon cask vanilla. The palate really delivers, with a long and sweet marzipan finish.
