In 2012, Sylvie and Christien Auney put together a small Bordeaux domaine (of about 8.5 hectares) by purchasing several of these patches of vines and reviving them. As was true in the 19th century, they must be worked by hand. They are planted mostly to Merlot and Sémillon, as well as other traditional Bordeaux varieties.
