"The 2022 Chablis Terroirs de Béru has been opened one day before in order to allow it to open, is partly fermented in wooden foudres but mostly in stainless steel. It has an aromatic nose: dried honey and dried fig, beeswax and light seaweed scents. The palate is fresh and saline with fine weight and vivacity. Lovely bitterness here, a wine that will really come alive at the dinner table. Excellent."
