Made by Sara Morgenstern and David Rothschild, veterans of California's natural wine movement, with zero additives, native yeast, and no new oak. The fruit is harvested under a full moon, in keeping with the biodynamic-influenced philosophy. This is Merlot stripped of convention: medium-bodied, herb-inflected, with the savory edge that Bennett Valley's cool climate and volcanic soils deliver.
