For 20 years, the estate has farmed biodynamically, well before it was fashionable and with a single goal in mind, to ensure the health and vigor of the land. If the land is healthy, anything growing from it will be of the highest quality, and even though biodynamic farming is harder and more time consuming, they know the extra effort is worth it in the end.
