From the producer:  Sourced from a single vineyard in Lodi, this is our first varietal Cabernet Sauvignon under The Tribe label. Like all our wines, this one is native-yeast-fermented and then aged in French oak. Lake County is fast becoming known as one of California’s best terroirs for robust red grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. This wine clearly shows its varietal pedigree highlighted by the local terra rosa soils, warm days and cool nights.

The Tribe Cabernet Sauvignon is layered with classic herb and licorice notes framing a core of cassis and huckleberry flavors. Tannins are smooth and silky, making this an easy drinking wine that still holds enough complexity for wine aficionados anywhere.
