Founded in 1987, Elyse Winery is known for sourcing distinctive Napa Valley vineyard sites. The 2015 Soda Canyon Merlot comes from Hossfeld Vineyard, a rocky hillside site at high elevation, yielding small, concentrated berries. Grapes were hand-harvested, fermented in small lots, and aged in French oak to enhance structure and depth.
