Henriet-Bazin’s Gaston et Louise is a zero-dosage Champagne honoring the family’s founders. It’s a 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir from Verzenay and Verzy (Grand Cru) and Chardonnay from Villers-Marmery (Premier Cru), built on a perpetual reserve started in 1968.

Vinified in enamel tanks and aged over three years on lees, it delivers precise, mineral structure and expressive depth—without added sugar. A pure, site-driven Champagne rooted in heritage.
