Clair Obscur’s 2021 Maranges Sur Le Bois Sud is a single-vineyard Pinot Noir from a steep, southeast-facing slope in the Maranges appellation of Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune. The domaine farms organically and ferments with native yeasts, aging the wine in mostly neutral French oak barrels for around 12 months.

This cuvée offers bright red fruit, subtle spice, and earthy notes framed by lively acidity and fine tannins. It’s a fresh, terroir-driven Burgundy with approachable structure and vibrant energy.
