Ask almost any vigneron what grape is the most difficult to grow and they'll tell you the same: Pinot Noir. But why? And if so, why bother?

Because, done right, there is simply nothing better than Pinot Noir. Its thin skins give ethereally delicious flavors and the most refined tannins. Pinot is the red grape variety of Red Burgundy, where it makes many of the most sought after wines in the world.
