A four hectare estate based in the northern half of the Cote de Blancs with vineyards throughout Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry. After the recent passing of Didier Varnier, his wife Valérie has taken up the reigns and continues to produce vinous, earthy Champagnes in the traditional family style. The vines average 45 years, which is old for the region and offer more concentrated deeper wines. In the cellar must is fermented without temperature control in stainless steel vats and bottled right after fermentation with lower liqueur de tirage for a more creamy softer mousse.
