The classic vermouth for a proper dry Martini, made in the traditional way in Cuneo, at the foot of the Occitan Alps. Bordiga has been distilling and infusing here since 1888 — same family recipes, same original copper still, and local mountaineers who forage the botanicals by hand at high altitude. Twenty-five of those botanicals go into the Extra Dry, each macerated separately rather than bought in as extract, over a base of roughly one-third Moscato with Trebbiano and Cortese. The result is crisp and properly herbal rather than merely neutral, which is what makes it worth the upgrade in a Martini. Refrigerate after opening.
