A red vermouth built on real sherry, made in Jerez de la Frontera by the people who spent the last two decades dragging sherry back into the conversation. The oloroso stamp is unmistakable here, and the spice and herb infusion sits on top of that rather than burying it, which is what separates this from the caramel-heavy supermarket stuff. It's a collaboration between Equipo Navazos, the boutique negociant whose cask selections are bottled with minimal filtering, and Nicolas Palazzi, and it carries the fingerprints of both: Eduardo Ojeda, Navazos' co-owner, spent decades as chief winemaker at Valdespino and La Guita before this. Lightly sweet, 17.5%, mellow and complex and still refreshing. Pour it over ice with an orange twist and you'll understand why vermouth hour is a fixture in Andalusia — and why a good one is one of the best values in the whole drinks aisle.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every bottle we sell.

  • We may, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, accept returns of unopened spirits within 30 days of purchase if they were properly stored by the purchaser, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Under no circumstances do we accept returns of opened spirits.
