"The 2023 Chablis Village has a more austere but delineated bouquet with green apple, pear and granite scents that gain intensity with aeration. The palate is well-balanced with fine acidity and touches of peach skin. It's pithy in style, with plenty of extract on the finish. It's one of the few that I'm intrigued to see age in bottle.
