Recaredo is perhaps the name in Cava, and their second line, Celler Credo, is an homage to the incredible terroir and traditions of the Penedès, in the form of still wines. Xarel Lo is one of the grapes typically used in Cava, and in varietal, still wines, it is one of the best white wines Spain has to offer (if not the entire wine world). We love it for its intensity, its ability to pick up minerality and its unique savory and herbaceous characteristics.
