Marius Delarche, was for years imported by Parliament–one of the great historic importers of fine Burgundy in this country, alongside names like Wildman and Schoonmaker. Parliament eventually fell apart and, through no fault of their own, the producers in their book fell off the public radar. That’s just what happens when wine no longer works its way through the distribution system to top restaurants, retailers, and journalists.Meanwhile, things were happening at Domaine Delarche. A new generation has taken over and, like so many other producers in Burgundy, they have radically upped their game.
