Forty-five days on skins followed by two years in large Slavonian casks build profound texture and complexity. Lifted ripe pear and dried apple with honeycomb notes, a full, textural palate with citrus and blood orange, and a dry, tangy finish held together by spicy almond undertones that linger beautifully.
