Il Carpino’s 2018 Collio Ribolla Gialla is a vibrant white from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, made from old-vine Ribolla Gialla grown on marl and sandstone soils. The grapes are hand-harvested, native yeast fermented, and aged on lees in stainless steel to preserve freshness and texture.

It delivers bright citrus, green apple, and floral aromas with a saline mineral backbone. A fresh, textured white perfect with seafood and light cuisine.
