Sordo is an old-school Barolo producer that has been making wine for over a century. They have the distinction of owning vineyards in eight different Crus spread across five different Barolo communes. A visit to their cellar is time travel: you will enter into a decades-old winery with over 100 large, Slavonian oak casks (botti)! Their library is also well endowed with bottles from many vintages past.
