From the same Dijon house that sets the standard for crème de cassis, this raspberry liqueur uses an heirloom variety chosen for its firm flesh, deep color, and intense fragrance. Like all Briottet products, the method is patient: ripe raspberries macerate for a minimum of two months in neutral French alcohol before sugar is added. No artificial colors or flavors. Maison Briottet has operated from its historic Dijon premises with a team of just eight people since receiving the French state's Living Heritage designation in 2018.
