For those not familiar with Madame Bize Leroy it isn't hyperbole to say she may be the most respected and talented wine negociant in the world. Her family has deep roots in Burgundy and she is perhaps most famous for walking away from the management of Domaine de la Romanée Conti several decades ago (she still holds significant shares though).

Madame Leroy has two domaines and an extensive negociant business, the Maison Leroy. She is truly a wizard when it comes to selecting wines that she purchases and then finishes and ages herself.
