Véronique Glavier is the 15th generation of her family to grow grapes in Champagne. She vowed to never marry a winemaker, that is until she met Philippe. The two have spent the last 26 years building an estate from scratch. It now includes parcels in Cramant, Avize, Oger and Les-Mesnil-sur-Oger, but is still less than 5 hectares in size. Each cuvée is produced based on what the wine needs, rather than to a specific recipe and each is as characterful as the next.
