If you are at all familiar with California natural wines you have probably stumbled upon Noel Diaz's Purity label. When he started his winery his goal was to source grapes from uncompromising, organic or biodynamic growers of exceptional quality and to make the wines with minimal intervention and a great deference to place and vintage. A few vintages in now and this endlessly tireless and curious winemaker has achieved these goals in spades.
