R, P, and M stand for Duncan Roberts, Rajat Parr, and Nathan Meyers: three groundbreaking California winemakers. Inspired by Jean Foillard, and with grapes sourced through Steve Edmunds from granitic soils in the Sierra foothills, they have been making the Californian analog to Cru Beaujolais, magically combining drinkability, complexity, and Californian sunshine.
We've loved every vintage; this is definitely a situation where the wine gets even better every year as the growers and winemakers continue to adapt.
