Seasoned wine professionals Robert Perkins and John Lancaster (of Boulevard Restaurant) started Skylark as a passion project to produce delicious wines using their extensive wine knowledge and connections with California wine growers. Gathering inspiration from Alsace as well as the Rhone in France, they have crafted wines that reflect vineyards and regions in California that allow those French grape varietals to shine.
