Aubry's brut Champagne represents one of the best values in the region. The blend is comprised of mostly Pinot Meunier, with some Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as well. Bright, balanced, and budget-friendly!

Brothers Pierre and Phillippe run this unique estate focusing on the nearly lost indigenous varietals of Champagne. The yields here are kept low for intensely concentrated wines, usually fermented in barrel with well knit structure.
