Gideon Beinstock and his sought after Clos Saron label are among some of the most compelling, complex and age worthy wines coming out of California. His Pinot Noirs and Syrahs are sommelier favorites, appearing on many of this country's most heralded wine lists as well as favorites of wine geeks the world over. So we were more than intrigued when we heard that Gideon had released some late 90โs bottling of Cabernet Sauvignon that he'd produced at his first winemaking gig; Renaissance Vineyard and Winery.
