Cuilleron is the best known producer in Chavanay. He has quite an extensive range of bottlings from vines in and outside of Chavanay, including a number of delightful IGP wines from just outside St. Joseph’s official boundaries. But the top wines are from old vines in Chavanay. The style is not too modern, not too traditional, but just good focus on clean and pure wines.
