A Japanese-style lager from Huntington Beach's Beachwood Brewing that bridges American and Japanese brewing traditions. The key is toasted flaked rice alongside Canadian pilsner malt and American barley, fermented clean and hopped with German Hallertau Mittelfrüh. The rice creates that ultra-crisp, dry character you'd expect from a Japanese lager, but with a bit more body and refinement than most commercial versions.
