Founded in 1890, Bodegas Riojanas is one of Rioja’s oldest estates. Viña Albina Gran Reserva is their traditional flagship, sourced from high-altitude vineyards in Rioja Alta and aged extensively in American oak.

The 1970 is a benchmark vintage, and this wine was aged over 24 months in barrel before long bottle aging at the bodega. A classic example of mature Rioja, built on Tempranillo with Mazuelo and Graciano for structure and depth.
