This Islay Scotch has all the depth and complexity that comes with being an Islay Scotch minus the smokey peaty character. It is double matured in Ex Bourbon and Ex Sherry Casks, this is a beautifully rich and full-bodied scotch. Hints of dried fruit with light notes of chocolate, vanilla and a lingering, nutty finish.
