Empress 1908 Gin was commissioned for the legendary Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, British Columbia. On top of traditional botanicals, a signature blend of black tea is added for warm, herbal earthiness. The use of butterfly pea blossom gives the gin a natural indigo color.

(Staff Review) Why I love Empress 1908 Dry Gin Original Indigo British Columbia

This gin is the secret to Instagram-worthy cocktails! Looks electric blue in the bottle but, when mixers are added, turns lavender, magenta, or fuchsia. Itโ€™s delicious and complex to boot; I love the herbal and bitter notes from the pea blossom and bergamot.
