Le Fontane is a new project from the Occhipinti family, rooted in organic farming and traditional methods in the Vittoria region of southeastern Sicily. Their 2022 Cerasuolo di Vittoria blends 60% Nero d’Avola with 40% Frappato, sourced from the estate’s Contrada Le Fontane vineyard.

Fermented with native yeasts in concrete and aged 18 months in large Slavonian oak, it’s floral, mineral, and finely textured—a vibrant, elegant expression of Sicily’s only DOCG red.
