Lemorton, based in Normandy’s Domfrontais region, specializes in Calvados made predominantly from pears with some apples. The 1999 vintage was distilled in a traditional column still and aged in oak casks for over two decades. The high pear content gives finesse, elegance, and a lifted aromatic profile.

This mature Calvados offers depth and complexity, ideal for slow sipping after a meal or pairing with apple tarts and aged cheeses.
