Les Têtes “Tête Red” 2021 is a natural red wine from the Loire Valley, France. The project is run by four friends — Nicolas Bertin-Delatte, Philippe Mesnier, Baptiste Cousin, and Baptiste Delalieu — who farm organically and work with minimal intervention. This cuvée, bottled as Vin de France, blends Gamay, Grolleau, and Cabernet Franc from organically farmed vineyards across Touraine. Fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts, and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, with little or no added sulfur.
