The unflavored expression of Makku's makgeolli—Korea's ancient unfiltered rice wine in its purest form. Made with Korean short-grain rice, traditional nuruk fermentation starter, and minimal ingredients, this is the drink Korean farmers have been making for over two thousand years, now accessible in a modern can format. Naturally carbonated with live cultures, gluten-free, and vegan. The milky-white appearance and gentle effervescence are hallmarks of the style.
