"Winemaker Helmut Zozin’s passion is to explore the sensuality of a wine – the pleasure and drinkability it delivers. Keil is fermented in wooden tini, and after a brief settling period in concrete, returns to barrel for another 10 months. A lightly edgy nose of nutmeg-dusted red fruit aromas and almost-minty hints leads to a fleshy, balanced palate with juicy raspberry fruit and good mouthfeel. Needs more time in bottle."

"A hint of earthy flint strikes the nose, mingling with the scent of drying rose petals, crushed leaves, and mixed red berries. The palate crunches with tart cranberries, pomegranate and red apple skin, delivering a fresh, lively wine as a peppery edge perks up the finish."
