Melati is Asia's first non-alcoholic aperitif inspired by the healing tonics that founder Lorin Winata grew up drinking. She cold extracts the botanicals in water over 4-6 weeks and blends the finished product to create a balanced beverage with no added sweeteners. The ingredients sourced are 70% organic and are composted after extraction.

Melati Classic is a slightly bitter and herbaceous blend of goji berries, fresh hibiscus, raw cacao, wormwood, and bitter orange. Complex with dark fruit notes, a touch of spice, and just enough sweetness from the goji berries to round out the body. Enjoy it on its own or over ice with tonic.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every bottle we sell.

  • We may, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, accept returns of unopened spirits within 30 days of purchase if they were properly stored by the purchaser, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Under no circumstances do we accept returns of opened spirits.
