Melati is Asia's first non-alcoholic aperitif inspired by the healing tonics that founder Lorin Winata grew up drinking. She cold extracts the botanicals in water over 4-6 weeks and blends the finished product to create a balanced beverage with no added sweeteners. The ingredients sourced are 70% organic and are composted after extraction.

Melati Fresh is a tropical and aromatic blend of green mango, lime zest, Thai basil, and mint with juicy acidity. Enjoy it over ice with tonic and an orange twist.
