Paranubes Coffee Liqueur is a modern interpretation of cafe de olla, the Mexican culinary staple enjoyed on comfortable mornings around the family kitchen table.
Café de olla is usually a simple recipe of coffee brewed in boiling water in a clay or enamelware pot placed directly on the stove, then sweetened with raw sugar and spiced with cinnamon. For our own unique twist, we use light-roasted coffee grown by Jose Luís on his ranch in the Sierra Mazateca of Northern Oaxaca, and cold brew it into a rich coffee base. Locally-grown botanicals are macerated for 30 days in un-aged Paranubes aguardiente de caña. These macerations are then blended together with the fresh cold brew and sweetened with homemade panela, raw cane sugar.

We may, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, accept returns of unopened spirits within 30 days of purchase if they were properly stored by the purchaser, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
