With 28ha in Chouilly, Champagne Saint-Chamant was founded in 1930, and since taking over for his parents in 1950, Christian Coquillette has done everything by handโpruning, trellising, riddling, and even bottling. Only recently has this octogenarian sought assistance from his son, Stรฉphane, in managing their family house.
