By now, Veuve Clicquot has become a household name. Known for its distinctive yellow label the world over, the Maison is a ubiquitous symbol of luxury and celebration. The most elusive and exclusive of the Veuve Clicquot lineup is of course their tête de cuvée: La Grande Dame. Created in 1962 and launched in 1972 to celebrate the bicentenary of the House, La Grande Dame is a wine that is both a tribute to Madame Clicquot Ponsardin and the reflection of the Veuve Clicquot terroir.
