"Vin de Soif" means wine for thirst, and this one earns the name: a Graciano-led Navarra red built for drinking rather than pondering. The blend runs 55% Graciano — the perfumed, high-acid grape usually relegated to a few percent of a Rioja blend — with 45% Garnacha filling in the fruit, all from Viña Zorzal's own certified organic vineyards. Fermentation is with native yeast in stainless steel and concrete, with the Graciano destemmed but left as whole uncrushed berries and 20% whole cluster in the Garnacha, which is the sort of gentle handling that keeps a wine juicy instead of chewy. Vin de Soif is a roaming label rather than a single estate — the same idea shows up as a Loire red and a Côtes du Rhône — and this is the Spanish entry, a DO Navarra you can open on a Tuesday without ceremony. Serve it with a slight chill and the whole bottle disappears.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every bottle we sell.

  • If the wine is less than 10 years old and it is corked, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase. You must show us proof of purchase. We understand that you may not live near a shop and that it is difficult to ship open bottles of wine to us, so if there's any problem feel free to Contact Us and we'll work it out.
  • For wines older than 10 years, the consumer bears the risk of a faulty cork, but we accept returns of older bottles if the wine is faulty as a result of improper storage. Please come by the store or Contact Us if there is a problem.
  • We may, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, accept returns of unopened wines within 30 days of purchase if they were properly stored by the purchaser, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Grilled chorizo and morcilla, jamón croquetas, lamb meatballs in tomato sauce, migas with fried egg, a pepperoni pizza, or a burger off the grill. Also good with piquillo peppers stuffed with tuna.

Tasting Profile

Bright red and black fruit — raspberry, cherry, a little blackberry — with the floral, almost violet lift Graciano brings. Medium-bodied and juicy, with lively acidity and soft, fine tannins. No oak weight, just fruit. Clean, dry, savory finish that leaves you reaching for the glass again.
