Tepezate (Agave marmorata) is one of mezcal's most distinctive and challenging agave varieties—wild or semi-cultivated, with a much longer maturation cycle than common Espadín. Yuu Baal is a social enterprise highlighting traditions of native Oaxacan mezcal producers across three communities: San Juan del Rio, San Luis del Rio Tlacolula, and Miahuatlan. The complete production cycle—planting, cutting, fermentation in pine vats, double distillation in copper stills—is done manually with respect for the environment. Bottled unaged (Joven) at 48% ABV. 375ml format.
